Parent Handbook

Inclement Weather:

We will follow the Charles County Public School System inclement weather policy. If the Charles County Public School System issues a two hour delay then all morning programs will begin at 11am and will end at the regularly scheduled time. If the public schools are closed then preschool will be closed. There will be a message on the phone as to what the status of opening and closing will be. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that result in an extraordinary number of school closings, the school year may be adjusted at the discretion of the Weekday Childcare Board of Advisors.

Days & Hours of Operation:

2 yr. Old Program - Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM
3 yr. Old Program - Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00AM - 1:00PM

3 yr. Old Transition Program - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00AM - 1:00PM
4 yr. Old Program - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00AM - 1:00PM
