As a Christian Preschool, we have brought together staff members according to their talents and spiritual gifts; we encourage the staff to share these qualities with the children.  In addition to having professional education and relevant experience, we require all teachers to be a professing Christian and have a genuine love and concern for young children.

 All staff members have met the necessary licensing requirements from the Office of Child Care and participate in the MSDE Credentialing Program. Participation in professional conferences and in-service training opportunities are provided regularly for all staff members.
